How to return an order, plus how to make your candle last as long as possible.
If a candle arrives damaged, or you simply do not love the scent, write to us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever you prefer. Please include your order number and, if the item was damaged, a photograph.
Let the wax melt fully to the edge of the vessel — usually 2 to 3 hours. This sets a clean "memory" and prevents the candle from tunneling later. This is the single most important thing you can do.
Before every light, trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch. This keeps the flame small, the burn clean, and prevents soot.
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch. Let the wax cool completely before relighting. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, pets and children. Never leave unattended.
Wash the vessel with warm soapy water, remove the metal wick tab (a butter knife works), and use it for anything you like — a small planter, a pen cup, or send it back to us for a refill.
