You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We do our best to represent our candles accurately, including scent notes, size, and color. Because every batch is hand-poured, small variations in color and finish are expected and are not defects.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. An order is a request to buy — a contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if a product is out of stock or the address is invalid); if we do, we will refund you in full.

Candles are open flames. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains. Full care instructions ship with every order and are on our Care page.
All content on the Site — text, images, logo, product photography, fragrance names — is owned by Christina Hermes Atelier or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with its operation; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) impersonate any person or entity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christina Hermes Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
